ประกันอุบัติเหตุสำหรับนักศึกษา 2563

Students can show an accident insured card to a private hospital throughout 24 hours almost ตรวจสอบรายชื่อโรงพยาบาล every hospital without advance payment.

But you have tomake an advance paymentin cases:

1. Admit in a private hospital but do not present the card.
2. Admit in a public hospital or clinic that is not be included in the insurance policies.

If you need to make an advance payment, please prepare documents for making an insurance claim at the Office of Student Development and Alumni (OSDA), 4th floor, on the right hand from the elevator, Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Building (President Building) contact student service and welfare. Prepare documents as follows:

1. Fill inthe accident form. 
2. Receipts both the original and copies (photocopy) of all receipts, a statement of medical expenses (if any).
3. Original medical certificates and copies of all the medical certificates. (In case of receiving treatment from various places).
4. A copy of the identification card of the student that has an accident (signed and certified true copy).
5. 2 copies of your passbook of any bank only (signed and certified true copy).

*Use only a blue pen to write and sign documents.

You have to prepare all documents as required otherwise you cannot make an insurance claim.

The student will receive a refund in about 3 weeks after the staff submits the documents to be in the process.
